I was looking for a company to come out and clean my windows and was referred to Mike Irwin's company by my boss who has used them for many years. My boss is extremely particular so I knew if they made him happy they would make me happy. I just bought my home in August 2014 and the previous tenant had left the outside storms windows up, allowing dirt and rain and bugs to get in between the interior windows and the outer storm windows. I also had paint globs or a tear in every single screen and needed someone to rescreen each window. They also pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk and the curb around my entire lot. On the day of the job Mike's team (3 guys) showed up on my doorstep exactly on time. The lead man (Steven) was very friendly and explained everything to me as to how things would go throughout the day. Two of the guys started working on the windows and one guy worked on pressure washing outside. The windows alone took from 10:00 - 4:00 to clean and reinstall. They took each storm window out of the frame, hand washed and dried it and put it back in. They also cleaned the inner windows with just as much attention and care. My windows are so clean and pretty that when I look outside into the woods behind my home it's as if the windows aren't even there. They really are "crystal clear". When they were done pressure washing the driveway, sidewalk and curb I was astonished. It was a major difference, so pretty and clean. Several of my neighbors walked over during the day and got a business card from them because they were so impressed with their work. While they were there doing the major work I also had them replace 4 flood lights and clean out a gutter. It was nice to have them tae care of a few small things for me while they were out there. I cannot say enough nice things about Mike Irwin and his 3 guys. Truly professional, and just plain nice friendly people. Since they came out to my house a month ago I have spoken very highly of them and given their name and number to several of my friends. VEYR IMPRESSED with this company.

They did a good job. Pressure washing concrete is a temporary thing, and I am not sure it is worthwhile. They have far better equipment, quite a bit of manpower, they came in, got the job done, and left. They are too pricey for me.
