They showed up when they said they would. They called when they said they would. I have seen their work. My parents had their work done by them. They do good work. The only thing is that they are too expensive.

They did a good job and the price was worth it. I am just real happy with the windows.

The dates above are approximate. The service was excellent and the quality is excellent. The workers were helpful and friendly. A small difference in expectation was decided very equitably.

I was having my roof looked at because of sagging and was informed there was not enough soffit ventilation. Contacted Champion. It should be noted my father had the soffits installed in 2003 and I bought the house after he and my mother passed away.The representative came to the house and stated the vents were not installed on the front of the house. A crew was sent out and replaced the old with new vents. I would recommend this company highly because there are not many companies that would state it was our mistake and we will make it right. I informed the representative that I would note this on Angies List.

They didn't really want to hear anything about what we wanted. They wanted to show us what they had. They were pushy and thought they knew what was best for our job.

I was impressed by how easy they were to work with; they gave me the exact price of everything before they began work and they delivered as promised.

The initial consult was great. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and straightforward, even tried to talk us out of the more expensive "all-season" option. We got it anyway because it had vinyl siding as opposed to metal. The installation went well at every stage, from permits to cement foundation to construction. The installers of the room were quick but thorough. They tolerated my questions and let me watch the process as I just found it interesting to see how they build those patio rooms. Shortly after the job was finished I broke out one of the windows with a rock while using a weedeater so we got to test out the warranty really soon. As promised, they replaced the entire sliding window (it had to be ordered) at no cost to us, though after 2 years from completion they charge a "nominal trip charge". Most recently (February, 2010), the heating and cooling unit died but was not covered by Champion's warranty. They said they would install a new one if we bought it or had it replaced under Whirpool's warranty (which it wasn't after 1 year), or could install a new PTAC unit like hotels have that would be quieter and easier to maintain for about $2000. That is probably a reasonable charge, but after spending $25000 on the room in the first place, we felt it excessive to be paying for new heating and cooling in less than 3 years.

Quality windows, fast and professional installation. I'm having them back to finish the whole house!

The installation was done very well despite the difficulty. Unfortunately, one of the four large windows arrived damaged. Champion had left them crated when they came from the factory to avoid damaging them locally. So it was not until they were un-crated at our home that they learned one was damaged. This caused a rather long delay in getting a replacement which was my only complaint about the project. During the installation one of the workers hit a support for our vertical blinds with his pry bar. Champion gave me no problem with having the blinds company come out and do the repair. The repair cost was deducted from our final bill. The only reason I am not giving them an overall excellent grade is the long delay during which I had to call them to check on the status. For the same reason I graded them a D on responsiveness.

They were fabulous in every aspect of working with us and I was very happy with their work. They didn t cut any corners and from the day they started they worked hard and late into the day until they were done. All of the materials they used were high quality. The foreman spelled out everything step by step and they used our suggestions with the roof and this turned out perfect for us.

They ruined my wooden blinds because of their incompetence. They had replaced them before the caulking were even set up. They got stuck in the caulk and the only compensation I got was a storm door for free and they installed it too. I could assure you that were no compensation for how many blinds they damaged.

I thought that everything went good with the people at Champion Windows. The room turned out better than I hoped for. Everything looks great and there were no mistakes made throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to any one I knew. They were well worth the money and time.

They charged us a great deal of money for a job that we were, needless to say, not pleased at all with. They would come out one day and not show up on the next day. We had to call them back more than once to finish different parts of the job they had neglected.

Champion Windows had an excellent brand and quality of windows. The crew did a terrific job when it came to changing them out. I don't think there was a single broken piece of glass and were talking about a whole home of new windows. They looked absolutely terrific. I was really happy with how they treated our special needs.

The windows look great. They did a fabulous job and showed up on time. They cleaned up all of the mess and I have not had any problems with the windows since. They installed all of the windows in one day. I would highly recommend them.

They came on time in the morning and got the job done fast. I was really pleased with the way the windows turned out. He brought his wife and she helped clean everything up. The door handle broke on the storm door and they came right back out to fix it. I felt they were professional and customer service was on top of things.

They did a wonderful job and our house looked great. The whole job only took them a day so I would say they were very good at what they did. They didn t leave any mess from their work or the old siding. I was completely happy when they were finished with the job. This was a good siding job.
