My initial experience with Champions Sales Rep. was good. However, my after-the-sale experience was abysmal. Almost five months have passed and the job has yet to be started. My efforts to get things moving have been many and futile. The ongoing excuse for this delay is that all of the windows are ready to be installed, except one glass. Considering the scope of the job, $14,595, a single window glass is insignificant and can be installed (or not) later. This request is also ignored. Today, a few days short of FIVE MONTHS after the sale, there is no installation date in sight and no response to requests to refund my $4,378 deposit, which is unacceptable. My demands to start the job now or refund my deposit are being ignored. as well. Considering Champion Windows? Caveat Emptor

Terrible experience. Hired to replace windows. Salesperson unable to take measurements so scheduled measurer for 4 weeks later. The measurer also did not bring a ladder and could not measure. Rescheduled for 4 weeks later again. During this 2 month period I interviewed, hired, and had the project completed before they even ever called me back. Received deposit back due to ineptitude of business, but overall wasted a lot of time.

I had a great experience with mark ,who came out and walked me through the process of getting my patio close in.

I have tried since August, 2020 to get Champion to replace two windows under warranty. I have called numerous times i an effort to get them to honor heir warranty. First, they told me it would be 8-12 weeks before they could make the windows. Still nothing, I called again and got the same response and they would take care of the problem. I finally got a return call from them and they stated they found my two windows when they were cleaning the warehouse??? The lady who called wanted to set up a time to have them installed when they arrived here locally. She left a voice mail. I have returned her call four times in the past three days and, yes, they have yet to call me back. This is a terrible company when it comes to customer service. It is going on 9 months. I still have no windows and no return call from Champion. Please use someone else besides Champion. Once they get your money they are done with you.

The windows are great. No more drafts and look fantastic. The guys did a great job on the installation.

I’m enjoying my sunroom.

Only complaint was that it got late and some of the wood was rained on, so I had to paint the inside trim myself.

I am only had three days to cancel the windows yet it took them two weeks to send somebody supposedly out to do a final measurement, and he did not show up when he was supposed to so when I canceled it they told me I still had to pay a fee because I did not cancel it within three days. Do not ever use this company

Wouldn't bother to call me back when I called to ask about my installation date. I was told 4-6 weeks and have never heard from them.

Over one month since job started and job still not completed. Being harassed for final payment. Phone calls not returned. Siding buckling, rakes borrowed and taken. Still waiting on gutters to be installed. Water leak in house from improper installation of exhaust fan vent. I would not recommend this company.

They were very nice people.

I like their work and product very much.

Have a few projects done by them, excellent work in all categories.
