Two men arrived on time, 8:30 a.m, took a review of where the carpet would be, went to work and completed the job around noon. They were friendly, but professional.

The initial experience purchasing and install went great. The carpet for the bedroom was barely large enough though and the installer applied glue to the edgeat the bathroom door to prevent ravelling.He said it would be fine. Three years later it is not fine. I have called multiple times only to be brushed off. Not under warranty. Not their problem. They don't have time to fix their error.

We went to Carpet Outlet and looked at what styles were available and what colors we might like. We were helped promptly and were able to take home some samples to try in our house. Cathy came a few days later to measure and she helped us decide on which color carpet to go with. She was very helpful. After making a down payment, we scheduled for the carpet to be installed a week later and the installers arrived on time. They were careful in moving all our furniture and installed the carpet without issue. They cleaned everything up neatly and the carpet was installed perfectly and without issue. I would recommend Carpet Outlet for their helpfulness and professionalism of their installers.

Cathy came to our home and measured and brought samples for us to see in our home. She was WONDERFUL to work with. We decided on our selection and placed our order. The installers were FANTASTIC! I could not ask for a nicer more professional crew. They arrived as promised each day and cleaned before they left. On the final day, they ensured that all the furniture was where we wanted it and ensured we were satisfied with the install and the product before leaving. We will DEFINITELY use them again when we redo the carpet on the upstairs level of our home.

They are going to install a 1700 sq ft hardwood to replace the carpets and the service was excellent. They are currently doing the service. The price they charge was very competitive and the quality of the work has been excellent. They were careful about fitting the pieces of the wood in together nicely and some of the companies that we got quotes from measured up the square foots before but when they talk about how much actual wood that they were going to order for the floor it was like a 10% over the edge. The wood is very expensive for the floor. They're just grabbing the next door and slapping it in instead of trying to fit the pieces in together in such a way that it doesn't have as much waste. The quotes that came back significantly higher because they weren't taking time or weren't really taking the time impair to use all of the available wood. They were just doing whatever was fastest instead of whatever was most cost conscious for the consumer. They communicated excellent with us. I'm still having a lot of work to be installed and it's taking a quite a bit time to do.When they're here working, they're actually working. There is not like a bunch of guys sitting around messing around with their phones or taking smoke breaks every 3 minutes or anything like that. We've had workers come out before on the house that go out to take breaks and then throw cigaret butts in our backyard which was not unacceptable and they haven't done anything like that. They've been really good about cleaning up all of the trash and associated with the project. There's mot garbage laying around all over the place and they've taken it with them too. At the end of the day they do a very thorough cleanup and take their trash with them and not leave it over my house. I've been really pleased with the whole process. We got a really good vibes from them and it turned out to be an accurate presentation. We've bee very pleased with their work.

Brad & his assistant were on time, friendly and did a great job. We appreciate how soon they could do the installation...from quote to job was less than a week.

It turned out well. I'm not sure if I'm going to use them but the service and the response were good. They were professional and their response time was good.

The workers at Carpet Outlet of Pelham were great in helping us pick out our new carpet. When they installed the new carpet, they took up the old carpet and took it with them. There are no visible seams or tracks and the new carpet looks beautiful.

Carpet Outlet did a superb job on my hardwood flooring. They had to tear up all the old flooring before they could install the new hardwood and they cleaned up as they went so I wouldn t have so much mess lying around.

I had to replace the carpeting in my den and hallway and when I called Carpet outlet they had just what I was looking for in a good price range. The work was done quickly and correctly. We recently had a small cut in the carpet and they are coming out to fix it for us.
