Aqua Systems did a great job of replacing my old water softener with a new softener/whole home water filter system. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and working with Aqua Systems.

It took a little while to figure out what they needed to do, but they finally gave us a new resin for our water softener which has helped it to work much better. They also assisted us in getting the grains set properly on the water softener. They took a water sample for an iron test but did not call us back on the results. Their pricing was better than others.

It went fine. The technician explained what he was doing and why. He performed a test on our water to verify it was being softened. He checked out the system and set the timer to regenerate in the middle of the night. Ours needed no repair and there were no extra charges....just the 69.99 we paid for the Angie's List deal.

They came within the scheduled time and did a very thorough inspection of the unit and flushed out my water heater. It is an old unit but still in good shape and he didn't try to sell me a new one but did explain the advantages of a tankless system which I appreciated. However, there was no pressure or hard-sell to buy anything. The young man that did the work was very pleasant and personable. I'd use them again and recommend them to others.

Our experience was pretty good. They had been out before. The Big Deal was a very good price compared to what they normally charge. We normally would only have them come in every other year because of the price they charge. It was like $120 for doing that. This seemed like a good price. I did not watch them and I assumed that he did because he was going to replace the seals. He did left two bags of salt. He did not put it in.

Other than running a little behind getting to me, the whole experience was fine from start to finish. They explained the new system and how it worked and what I would need to do to keep it up to date. They followed up with a call this morning making sure it was still working properly and to answer any questions that I might have.

Chris, the sales person, was on time and very knowledgeable.? He answered all my questions and told me I could call back with any questions that came up later.? The installers arrived in the time interval promised, and worked quickly and efficiently.? The next day, we noticed they had accidentally left the water conditioner in diagnostic mode.? The installers came out that night (around 7pm) and fixed it.? They apologized in person, and they wrote a very nice apology letter.? They even included a $50 gift card to a restaurant!? That minor hiccup will not stop us from using them again.
