In early September 2013, Apex roofing came by and offered to fix a missing shingle on my roof, noticed hail and wind damage, and asked if we would like to see about getting the roof replaced. They worked directly with the Insurance carrier and were able to get my roof replaced under my homeowner's insurance. The advice received on the roof as well as the upgrade to the architectural shingles was spot on. I researched the information provided through multiple sources, both on the internet and personal friends that are in the business and they all agreed with Apex. The process was quick, clean, and punctual. I was told that they would begin work on Monday, October 7th @ 8AM. They were on time and the job was complete in less than 3 days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have since recommended them to several people and offered to be a reference if needed. Thank you again, Joel Murphy

I called Apex and they sent out a representative. Their sales rep was very nice and answered all of my questions. They helped me with my insurance claim. When the insurance adjuster came out Apex was on site to point out the the issues with my roof. They spent about 45 minuets withe the adjuster. The insurance company agreed to replace the entire roof. I picked shingle style and color and when the check came from the insurance company I called Apex to get things rolling. They came out wrote up a work order and 3 days later my roof was on. They cleaned up everything like they said they would and my house looks great. I would definitely recommend them if you need a roof.

I was called several time about letting someone contact my insurance agency. After several calls, I agreed to let them contact my insurnce company. The Insurance company agreed that the roof needed to be replaced due to wind and hail damage. They arrived on time,,, the old material was thrown on the ground with no concern for my shrubs. 'when they cleaned up they left a lot of nails on the driveway and on the grass. They had to come back to get the nails out of my yard and driveway. I didnt realize that they do NOT replace the flashing around the chimney unless it is really bad. I was shocked about that....I felt that when someone replaces a roof,, the flashing should be done by the roofing company. If anyone is wanting to use them... be SURE to get in writing that they will redo the flashing along with reroofing.

I awoke on a Friday morning following some heavy thunderstorms to find I had two roof leaks. I had previously been visited by a rep from Apex to determine if I had any hail damage (common practice among some companies to drum up business) that would warrant a new roof, and the rep seemed to know what he was talking about...... I had his card and called Apex to see if they would come out to give me an estimate. The person answering listened to my description and said that he might be able to get someone out that day, but otherwise it would be the following Monday. He paused and indicated that there was a chance he could get someone out that afternoon and he said he would call me back by 2:00 pm. By 4:00 p. m. he had not called so I called another company. I never heard ANYTHING from Apex. Unless you want a new roof you probably don't want to mess with this company............. considering their professionalism in this case, I question calling them period.

Called Apex Roofing back in Dec and was told that they would be out at the end of the week and would call to set up an appointment before. Never heard back from them. I decided to give them a second chance since the initial call was a couple of weeks before Christmas and I thought they might have just been too busy. Called and spoke to them on Friday Feb 15 and explained what had happened. I was told they would be out Tues Feb 19 (today) to perform the work. I made sure they still had my cell number and they said they would call on Mon to set up a time for Tuesday. Did not hear from anyone on Monday. Did not hear from anyone Tuesday either, And, needless to say... they didn't show up today either. Oh, and BTW... I have already paid in full, by credit card, for the service, through an online promotion they offered for services that I'm not going to receive.

Great from start to finish.

They were very punctual. Once they got started, they finished as quickly as I could have asked for. They did very good work and cleaned up very well after the job. I did not have any issues.
