+ -1 moreAlabama Roofing and Construction took a $2600.00 deposit for a new roof insatllation and never came to do the job. When I confronted the owner Tommy Humphries over the phone he told me he would not return the deposit and he would not come do the roof, stating "I do not want your business and I will not return your deposit, you can sue me for it." I was then emailed a "cancellation agreement" that Alroofing wanted me to sign that was completely fraudulent. I was told that if I did not sign the agreement, they would not return my money. I refused. They kept the money.
Description of Work: No services were performed, ever.
