AGS, my experience lousy. The thing is that AGS is an over company. It's a company that will provide services and they hire plumbers from different areas. The first plumbers that they sent out were in a neighboring town which was about five miles away ten miles away. The one that they finally sent out was some forty miles away so when the came over they would come over and it wouldn't be until ten o clock when they got here. And then they would have to go out and get a part then go ahead and come back. I guy put his foot through the ceiling as he was up in the attic trying to go ahead and find out about running a line. The inspector that had to go ahead and sign off on them had to come out three times actually because they failed the first two inspections. Iv'e had to redo work. Now if your going to have to redo something to the code, you aught to know what the code is. A friend of mine and I could have done the work quite easily. They have a management contract or a maintenance agreement. If they had done it with Down's everything would have been fine. Their price according to them was too high therefore they were going to go ahead, they still had to pay them money to come out and do the service. And another guy that come out and say yes you have a leak in your thing which was a visible leak to begin with and you wouldn't have to quite do that. In an attempt to try to save money they ended up costing more money. And that was my biggest complaint with AGS. When I called and said well why they don't get a plumber out here to do it they said well they'll have to go ahead and submit and we can't guarantee that we'll pay, but they did.
Description of Work: I use AGS Installations for gas leak repair services. I was without gas because there was a hole in the line and in order to repair it they had to re pipe the house. And I have already sent my review and sent pictures of what it looked like. This began in December before Christmas and didn't finish until about three to four weeks afterwards. We were without gas or heat, gas for cooking, gas for hot water for all of that time.
