+ -1 moreAll the projects were completed with positive results. I could not be more pleased. They did an awesome job. There was limited access to the sunroom on the back of the house so a lot of the demolition work was manual labor and time consuming. Great workers in that they are cordial and respectful. They worked from arrival till end of day. At the end of each workday, they cleaned their entire work area. The finished job on all these projects I could not be more pleased and the price was reasonable. Mr. Mack and his crew are first class. I would use them again and also recommend.
Description of Work: Repaired rook leak on the house. Replaced roof on the stand alone carport. Replaced any deteriorated woodwork. Installed seamless gutters on the house and carport. Tore down a brick walls and removed a damaged concrete slab in the sunroom. Poured new foundation and installed block walls for the sunroom. and also poured a new concrete slab bloc for the sunroom.

+ -1 moreIt is going well. On the price since I don't know have anything to compare it to, I haven't done any comparative shopping. I use them because they were recommended by a friend.
Description of Work: I used Southern American Construction for roof repair, chimney repair, new gutters and down spouts, and roofing sheds. They are also going to put in staircase in the house and partition wall that goes from the kitchen to the den and taking down a partial wall.

+ -1 moreProvided a quote after a onsite inspection. While they were not the lowest quote I decided to go with them based on recommendations from several of my friends that had used them and were pleased with the work. The were fast, stayed off of the plants around the house and cleaned up when they were finished. A+++ in my opinion.
Description of Work: Reroofed a house and installed new seamless gutters.
