Description of Work: I have used M & M Pools Inc. to put in a pool for me.

Description of Work: I had an inground swimming pool and waterfall installed. The pool is a vinyl liner pool and the waterfall is a Ricorock waterfall. The contractor said he had masonary experience to do the waterfall, so I trusted him to do the job. As it turns out, it is the forst one he has done, and the work was pretty sloppy. They wanted to put coping on the waterfall as well, and said I would PROBABLY still be able to change the liner in the pool when needed, but I called the manufacturer of the waterfall (Ricorock) and they said no way. I sent them pictures and they said not to do it. So needless to say, I had them leave the coping off. Overall, the workmanship is sloppy. there is still brown stains on the white coping from the Kool deck. When they put my wooden fence back up, some of the 2x4's are not even in the 4x4 post's. And one of the posts, they did not even put in the ground all the way. They just cut a foot off the top of it. They did not show up to work until around 10AM to work, and never told me what was going on with the project. I would call with questions or concerns, but never get called back. Very frusterating. And the waterline in the pool is not exactly as level as I would have expected either. I WOULD USE ANOTHER POOL CONTRACTOR IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN!!
