Description of Work: Time response slow, seems they have more work than personnel to service customers. Was talked into a service contract for a discount on parts, a 15.00 part cost me 98.00 to install and as part of the contract there were no labor cost. Thank God! Wont be calling them again.

Description of Work: The problem I had was freezing evaporator coils. After calling, the service technician arrived within an hour and a half. I had a Freon leak in the evaporator coils on both sides. He showed me with his meter and I verified it. Next, he explained that I was 3 pds short of refrigerant and it would cost 35 dollars per pound so I agreed to the terms. After he finished, he recommended changing out the "A" frame evaporator unit. He said the unit might be good for a day, a week, or a month but would definitely need changing out. He gave me a quote for a new unit within a hour. He charged me for the service call and the Freon.

Description of Work: The pro's at Hagler replaced all components of my tired old lennox system with a state of the art Carrier system to include wiring, breakers, and plumbing. |The installers were very thorough and the fit and finish were top of the line. Will certainly use and recommend in the future without hesitation.

They keep in touch with you, make sure everything is going okay and they make sure to get back and recheck on their work and everything and they are just very nice people to work with. We did the plan with that, they automatically come out and check it and make sure everything is running right on the system.

 + -1 moreOnce we called, they were here within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had the part in Dothan and as it was late in the day, told me they'd return in the morning. They were here by 8am and I was set! Excellent customer service.

 + -1 moreI was charged for a service call, Two hours of labor, and mileage from a town that was twenty miles away (company headquarters). Even though the company has a branch office less than a mile from my house. The labor charge started when the tech left the office and ended when he returned. He was at my house less than 45 minutes. to top it all off he insisted on immediate payment. I will never call these crooks again.

 + -1 moreI called this morning and not 30 minutes later a technician called to let me know he was on his way to the house. He was here for about 40 minutes and we had cold air. Turns out that unit was just low on Freon, nothing major. He charged the unit and told me we possible had a slow leak and before I spent a lot off money replacing stuff, to wait to see if the unit made it through the summer.

They were very prompt in getting over here and gave us an estimate and since we choose them the amount we paid for the estimate was applied to the total amount for the wor they did for us.. They also switched out our thermostat to a better one. They are very commeted to their customers. We would use them again.
