+ -1 moreThey are excellent. We called them and they came out the same day, they were very polite, very nice, and very efficient. We didn't go without air conditioning very long. The price was reasonable. In fact, they came back again and did the same thing again, and gave us a discount. I give them all high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They did some work about a year ago. They came and fixed my air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThis company is very responsible and knowledgeable about a/c repairs. I described to both the employee (first visit) and the owner (second visit) what the problem was and they immediately knew how to correct it. Both of them were very polite and courteous and very professional. On the second visit the owner had to replace the fan motor and had to replace it at the shop. He told me approximately how long he'd be gone, and he returned earlier than anticipated. This occurred on a Friday afternoon (4pm) and I was very grateful for the quick response time both to the house and for the time it took for repairs.
Description of Work: Today was the second time Carroll Heating and A/C came to my house. The first time they replaced a part on my a/c unit and restored my a/c. The employee was very professional and polite and knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what had occurred. The second time the owner responded, on a weekend call, and he too was very polite and courteous and knew what was wrong the second time they came out. He too knew what the problem was and it did not have anything to do with the first repair, and the second problem could not have been for seen. I also have 4 dogs in the house and when I told the receptionist this, they responded in a reasonable amount of time.
