+ -1 moreThe refrigerator water supply line leaked and damaged the laminate flooring in the kitchen as well as the carpet in the master bath (former owners put carpet in bath??) Also damaged carpet in closet and bedroom. Insurance company sent SevPro for the dryout (they were great). They also sent Triad Restorations out for an estimate. Their estimate was for $12,395 for half the work that Ben Baker Flooring charged us. Ben Baker and his ENTIRE staff are all professional and they make you feel like they've known you forever. The installers were on time, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be recommending Ben Baker Flooring to everyone I know.
Description of Work: Tiled master bath, breakfast area, kitchen, 1/2 bath & back entry. Replaced carpet pad and restretched carpet in walk-in closet & master bedroom. Installed hardwood in dining room, living room, front entry & hallway.

Only had one issue with installation and that was due to the kitchen floor laminate being much lower than living room tile after install, but they worked it out. Will have them back to complete my house floors once I save up enough for the kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: They have tiled almost every room in my house over the last four years. Costs more than Lowe's or HD, but the quality and service were outstanding and it was well worth the money... The guys are professional, do a good job and let you know immediately if there are any issues that may cause a delay... Just ensure that you either measure twice or have them come out to give the estimate. And they clean up after the job.
