Description of Work: Ordered and paid for a car stereo, 4 speakers, dynamat sound insulation, all new wiring harnesses and full warranties on everything. The local Best Buy did not have an installer On staff. The store manager set up an appointment for me to go to another Best Buy an hour away. I drove there. Picked up ordered parts. No reservation for my work. Leave it there all day for them to work on as they can. Nothing gets done. Whole day wasted. Then the technician gets belligerent, aggressive, curses and smirks about the whole thing behind the store managers back while we discuss our next options. Horrible. Terrible. Disappointing.
