I am very pleased with this company and overall experience. My well pump stopped working Tuesday morning. Jonah and assistant had restored water to my house by Wednesday afternoon. Prompt, clean, and professional. Thank You Gentlemen!!!

This review is actual for a drain clog? the drop-down menu only had the well repair option. Lee and Randy did a great job clearing my stubborn clogged drain line. They were prepared with extra snake lengths to get at the clog dozens of feet away from the sink. They were timely, efficient, professional, and tidy. I would hire them again!

I highly recommend them. They kept in touch with me throughout the day and notified me when they were headed my way. I loved their work. They were very efficient in getting the issue diagnosed and repaired.

Ken and Gage arrived the same day as called. They were very professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. They left the area cleaned as well as cleaned up and removed all debris material involved with the project. Matt Bailey did a great job on our leaky shower head. It was New years eve and he came out and fixed our shower in record time.

What initially started out as a leak turned into a overhaul and I couldnâ t be more pleased! New water lines throughout and a new hot water heater for an exceptional price! I had a water leak which required replacement of some pvc pipe. I called and got them to come out after hours to fix it. The men were hard working and very detailed in describing what needed to be done. I was very pleased with their work and the way they let me know what needed to be done and the supplies needed to complete the job. As you can see l gave them five stars on everything.

They were promptly, nice, in Jona was awesome!!! Very kind gentleman. I will call them back!!

The toilet was fixed, that was good. The faucet was not able to be fixed. Scot said he would come back to put in new one. I brought new one and called him and left message, but nevered called back. So I had to get someone else to put it in.

Really satisfied with Joe/Jonah service! Very professional and hard workers! I would recommend both of the guys again.

I want to thank both Jonah and Dexter for the outstanding service they both provided at my residence. I needed to have my mainline unclogged, and they snaked the line in no time and had our line flowing properly again. I would highly recommend them both and their company to anyone in need of plumbing repair. Dexter even took the time to give me a quote on replacing the mainline even though it was late at night. Needed both outside faucets replaced and access was via crawlspace. They quoted what work had to be done before starting the job. The quote was higher than expected but needed to be done. The work was actually done in about a little over an hour and it appears that all the work was done very well and without any problems. I would recommend First Action Plumbing with all your plumbing needs.

They did a great job for a reasonable price.

Work was great although the final price ended up $524.00. I am very happy with the finish job. They had to replace the cutoff valves and water lines to the fixture. They got here very quickly which was good as the water was getting everywhere.

They came out the next day and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

As I was on vacation 4hrs away, it was a Saturday afternoon, I called First Action with our issue. I was able to send him pictures where he could diagnose the problem and he showed promptly. The issue was a leak with the main line to the house. They were able to test and stop the 4.5 gallon leak in a short amount of time, all while having to dig 4 ft. to find the leak. He needed to get into the house to tap into the mainline, but I wasn't able to get home until 11:00pm. He was able to show back to house at MIDNIGHT with no extra charge to complete the job. I highly recommend First Action Plumbing Services for your next job!
