It went well. It dried quickly as they said it would. They protected the walls and the furniture by covering them up, which other companies hadn't done before. We would use them again in the future.

Pet stains are so unsightly and smelly. We were pleased that the company responded so quickly and offered a discount on top of that. We prepared the carpeted rooms first by removing the tables and lamps. The carpet men added the sponge furniture protectors and helped us move the large coffee table. They spot treated first, then steam cleaned. The next day after the drying took place, we noticed the pet stains were gone....yeah!! We were very satisfied with the cleaning and the professionalism of the employees. We will use Stanley Cleaner the next time we require carpet cleaning. Also, the men noticed that we had a lot of tile flooring and stated that they clean tile floors and use a strong cleaner to remove the dirt in-between the tiles. The job required multiple visits to our home. In every instance the technician called prior to arrival. They also called when they would be a few minutes late due to traffic. They were very punctual. The initial estimate was based on our approximate square footage. Upon arriving at the site the technicians measured the actual area, minus cabinets, and figured the price on the actual area. This resulted in a lower price. They were very professional and were genuinely concerned about doing the best job possible. After the initial cleaning and drying, it was noticed that some of the grout was still discolored. They returned and redid the kitchen to correct the problem. They were very meticulous and were careful in all their work. They were careful to protect the adjoining hardwood floors and cabinets. They were consistently courteous and we would definitely use them again. A great company to deal with.
