I rated excellent on all ratings. The only knock I have is I called and told them I wanted the gutters but I wanted to talk to them more about the gutters. They said it would be a few weeks before they could put them up. The next week or so they came by my house and put them up without talking to me. They did do what I wanted and the work and quality of the product was good though.

This is an excellent product but customer service could be a lot better. I would recommend the product but stay on top of the provider to deliver on promised dates. This was too hard for an easy job.

I called with an urgent need because I had lined this up with another service weeks ago and he simply dropped the ball. This was holding up other work that had already been scheduled. I called Dennis and explained the situation and he rearranged scheduling so that the job was done with 48 hours. I was very pleased with the service and with the fact that he showed up when he said he would and completed the work thoroughly and tidily. Definitely will use them again.

Appointment was prompt and professional. Discussion included options additional work. Representative was honest in saying he was 3 weeks behind and asked if that would that be a problem. I was out of town when the work was completed. All appears to be good, but we have not had heavy rain or heavy falling of leaves (but it's close!). The only negative were a few cigarette butts and scrap metal trimmings I had to police up. Overall...satisfied.

The quality of the service was miniamlly acceptable, but the workers trampled all over plants even when an alternative access was provided. We had to have them re-do one section because it was in the wrong place, and they did not clean up sufficiently when it was done.

Mr. Gutter (Dennis) was very competitive and did an excellent job of replacing gutters on my home. There were no quality issues, and he was punctual and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

The work was real well. When something went wrong, he came right back and fixed it. We are real pleased with his services and have even hired him again. His costs were very reasonable. He is very professional and pleasant to work with.
