John Michael is always very kind and professional. He said he could come out in a few hours, we got to talking about the cold wx and i asked if he had a ton of calls, he said not yet but expected some by tomorrow due to the forcast. I asked if there was anything i could start doing to assist the process. He said if i had a blow dryer or better yet a heat gun, i could try to defrost the pipe and he could fix it for me when he got there. I have a heat gun and defrosted the pipe and called him back, by then he had houses with absolutely no water. So i asked if he could talk me through the rest of the repair. He did in simple terms and i made the repair. He also asked that i replace the insulation and told me where to go and what type to purchase. I defrosted and made the repair in 5 hours including a trip to the store and making dinner. I cannot thank John Michael enough for being my plumber.

I called John Michael several timed and always got sent to voice mail. I finally got a call and unfortunately I was not able to take the call. He left a message to call him. Again I called several times and left messages on his voice message. This was over a period of about five weeks. I had describe my plumbing needs and that it was not an emergency. I called again and was shocked that he finally answered. He seamed aggervated that I called and I told him again what I needed in plumbing from him. I told him that it was not an emergency but could he come to my house in the next week or two and give me an estimate of the cost of the plumbing repairs I needed. He said that he could come within the next week, but that he was on a ladder and he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never called me back. If he was that busy and or did not want to perform the plumbing I needed then he should have had the professionalism to say that he would not have the time to come to my house. I don't know how he has such a good rating since he has several reviews that state they were treated the same way by him.

I called John after I did some digging and found a pin hole leak in the main line coming into the house. I shut the water off so I could get a good look and soon realized that to fix it was beyond my skill set so I called John. I explained the situation and that I had to turn the water off until it could get fixed. He said that he would work us in the next day. He came out, looked at the leak, called me, and explained how he would fix it. He also told me that I would probably have to get the line changed out from the house to the meter due to the fact the main line was so old. It was installed in 1974 when the house was built. He told me at that time that the repair going into the house would be at least $400 and to replace the line from the meter to the house would be around $2000. I discussed with John about my son and I digging up the main and John said it would be a great help to him and it would cost me probably half the cost. So, that evening I get home and I have a bill for $318 instead of the $400 plus that I was quoted and agreed to pay. I looked at the repair and it was done very professionally and looked correct. I called John and asked how he wanted to get paid and asked why it was lower than the original estimate. He told me that he did not have to do the extensive repair that he thought. We then discussed the main line going to the house. I told him I would start digging that weekend and he told me that after digging himself to do the repair at the house, that when he cut into the line that it was like new. He suggested that we wait because in his opinion it was in better condition than his original assessment and he apologized for making us think that the line needed replaced. So at the very least, because of John's honesty, he saved us at the very least $1080. He could have easily took us for the $1080 because I was ready to start digging. In the end John saved us $80 on the repair at the house and saved us $1000 by not replacing the main line from the meter to the house because it was not needed. We have been here for two years and shortly after we moved in we got a plumber and was burned very bad. You have no worries of this with John Michael Plumbing LLC. They are very honest and will not charge you for unwanted or unneeded repairs. Thanks John for your honesty. You will always be my first call for any of my plumbing needs.

Everything went fine. He worked me into a tight schedule he had because I was close by. He had no problems and the work was taken care of quickly. I am totally satisfied.

The job went well. John is always good at finding solutions to tricky problems. The problem here was, there was wood under the house blocking his way to the drain he needed to replace so he sawed off a bit of the wood so that he could reach what he needed to reach. He was suppose to have done this job last week but wound up with truck problems and then a few real emergency calls from people with leaking water heaters.. He called to say he wouldn't be able to make it till Tuesday and since my plumbing issues weren't an emergency I decided to wait for him since his work is so good.

I woke up to gushing water. My water heater had burst. Looked at reviews and found him. Thank god is all I can say. He called me back immediately and changed his day to accommodate my emergency. He will not let you go without water. He arrived on time with a new one and installed quickly and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for any better.. He made good recommendations and even gave me other service providers info that needed to come in to help with water damage and possibly mold. When I was unsure what the best option was for treatment he was honest and answered the big question we all want to know in a situation like this. what would you do if it was your home. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber who cares for his customers and enjoys what he does. It's very hard to find someone so knowledgable. I will use him for all my plumbing needs.

Some water pipes broke in our bathroom due to freezing temperatures we just experienced. I contacted a dozen or more plumbing companies and they were all booked up for a week or more because of so many situations such as mine. I had already shut off the water to the house and I needed a plumber immediately because I had no water service in the house. A friend had noticed me outside the house and asked what was wrong. I told him and he gave me John?s phone number. I called John and John said he was busy on a job and asked me to explain my situation. When I explained to John that I have a broken water pipe in a bathroom and I didn?t know the exact location. I had shut off the water to the house and now I have no water service in the house. John said he always makes time for those that have no water service and he would come to my house as soon as he could get there. You don?t see that very often. John came to the house and found the location where the broken water pipes were located which were within the walls behind a large double sink cabinet. In order to get to the location of the broken water pipes, the cabinet needed to be removed and the walls opened up. I knew of no one that I could immediately get to remove the cabinet open up the walls. I knew it would be just like I was trying to find a plumber on short notice. John knew of a good contractor he has worked with many times. I contacted the contractor John recommended and mentioned that I got his name from John. The contractor came right away and removed the cabinet and opened the walls in order for John to get access to the broken water pipes. John removed the broken water pipes, installed the correct type of water pipes, and capped the newly installed water pipes in order to restore water service to the house. The water pipes broke because the plumbing company that originally installed the water pipes in the house installed the wrong type of water pipes that should never ever be installed in an exterior wall where the outside temperature can get below freezing. I want to say this to whoever installed the wrong type of water pipes in my house. Thank you for all the trouble you caused me. You need to go to plumbing school, a good plumbing school that teaches the correct way of doing plumbing. If you did go to plumbing school, it probably wasn?t a good plumbing school or you didn?t pay much attention in school. I wonder how many other houses you have messed up. The contractor has finished closing up the walls and installing the cabinet. John has finished connecting all of the plumbing to the sinks within the cabinet with the correct type of water pipes and water service has been restored to the bathroom. John is an experienced plumber and he knows and does the correct way of doing plumbing.

John was great. Came in when he said he would. Replaced the garbage disposal quickly and smoothly. No complains!

I called about having the reset button going off on my hot water heater over the phone he seemed to know what might be wrong, He gave my a time in the late in the afternoon but called earlier and said if I was available he would be on his way. Got here promptly and proceeded to diagnose the problem the problem. My hot water heater is three or four years old the thermostat had gone bad. He replaced it and provided me with a ninety day warranty. I have not had any problem since.

Replaced shower, pipes for a bathroom vanity and piping for water pressure pump.

I called and set up time and date. John arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Very professional, cleaned up and carried off old toilets for me. The best plumber I have ever used !!!. I will tell all my friends and anyone who needs plumbing work....

Excellent in every way. Stood behind his work and came back in August to troubleshoot apparent leak around two of the toilets. Discovered toilets were set properly and water was from condensation underneath the toilets from humidity in crawl space. Did not charge extra for his troubleshooting expertise!!!!!

We had a bathroom in an addition that another plumber had made a mess of with leaks everywhere. John Michael repaired all the leaks, installed the fixtures, and serviced our tankless hot water system. He did all this in less than a day. He worked very quickly and efficiently. He used good quality tools and good quality parts. He did all this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for quality work and good prices. I don't think you could find a better plumber.

The sink was installed in 2 hours and the water regulator in about an hour. Excellent workmanship. John is very friendly and professional.

The appointment was made after 5pm on previous day. The appointment was for 2PM. Around 2pm, he called asking if he could delay my job to address another job. At my slightest protest, he abandoned that request and arrived to fix my pipe around 2:30. Very friendly and a fast worker. I would definitely call him again.

John Michael is the only plumber to use when you need someone skilled. He does all plumbing, but knows exactly what to do for the tough jobs. He helped me with the repair and renovation of the plumbing and fixtures in a house (built in 1955) that I own and was preparing to rent out. He worked at various times from June 2011 through October 2011. John diagnosed the cause of the rotten wood floor under the kitchen sink without even first looking in the wall. It was, indeed, as he said that the drain pipe had rusted and had been leaking over a period of time. He said that is a common problem in older houses and often goes undetected. I would not have known had he not been on the job at the time that I had the cabinets replaced. He was able to access the wall behind the cabinet space and do the plumbing. He also plumbed underneath the house. He did a lot of work in the bathrooms. I furnished most of the parts and fixtures as well as the commodes. He furnished some supplies. There is not enough space in this review to give John all the credit that he deserves for a job well done. He is very professional, friendly, easy to work with, very neat in his work, and has great communications. He also prices the job fairly. He always returns messages that I have left on his answering machine. In my opinion and from my experience, John Michael is the best plumbing expert there is. I highly recommend him. He is the only person I will call for any plumbing work.

The job went very well as I expected, since I used John Michael Plumbing before and knew the quality of his work. We supplied all the parts except the pressure regulator and thr pvc pipe under one sink and some copper pipe that he used. We thought that installing the new faucet in the tub was going to be a big deal and put it off for years. We were afraid that a plumber would have to cut a hole in the wall to get to the back of the faucet but John did all the installing from the front. He is fast, friendly and an excellent plumber and seems to enjoy his work.

An excellent experience! It took a while for him to get to our job, but it would be unfair for me to dock him on that. I had stressed that the job wasn't urgent, so we weren't a priority. When he came in, he immediately found the problem and scheduled an appointment to replace the broken disposal. He didn't ask for any money up front and brought over a new disposal when he came back. I was really glad that I didn't have to go shopping for it. He didn't charge me for the first visit as an apology for the delay. How awesome is that? John addressed my concern about the water shut-off being a block away and put in a new one next to the house. He also fixed a dripping faucet. I really like that he left no mess behind.

Everything went very well. John Michael was prompt and efficient. This was the second time we employed him. Previously he had replaced our hot water heaters. We employed him again because he did such a good job then. He always returns calls as soon as he is able, calls before comes and calls if there will be any delays.
