David actually did not end up coming to my house as planned as I was able to solve the problem myself. David responded to my request via email right away and we setup an in house appointment for the next day. I was able to fix the problem and canceled the appointment a couple of hours before he was to arrive. He always responded politely and professionally . The next time I have an electronics problem I will definitely use Dave.

I was very unhappy with David's attitude. He has very poor interpersonal skills which made me very upset and angry. He came to service me and asked what issues I was having. I explained that I could not pull up websites. He then proceeded to tell me that its because I am a women, just like his wife women do not know about computers, only men do. That was horrible to say. I then went and got my husband to assist me. David then told us that he would clean the computer and remove any viruses. After the services I went to use the computer and noticed all my passwords were missing. I told him I needed assistance with getting into my account and he then told me I should know my passwords and should of had them written down. He then told me I should have known better and this is my fault. Because of the way he was speaking to me, I had tears in my eyes and he laughed in my face. I told him to stop laughing at me as this is not funny but he continued to laugh! The way that he spoke to me was very disheartening and rude. Although his services were good, I will never allow this man in my home again.

Everything was great ! Expert work and advise. I have used his service for several years. Always does excellent work for a fair price. I would use again anytime.

David provided expert service and answered any questions I had. He also provided suggestions as to how I can do my own maintenance if I wanted to do so. He tries to save me money whenever he can.

Everything went as expected. He was on time and finished the repairs in a timely manner.

I was looking for someone to convert my home computer from Vista to Windows 7 without lossing my data. David White was very professional and explained to me what he would be doing to achieve the transition from Vista to Windows 7. He gave me the time period in which he would need to complete the task. The job ended up being completed quicker than he had expected. All went well. And I would use him in the future.

I droped off my computer (although he will make house calls) and explained the what problem was. He told me what it would take to fix it and how long it would take(probably the next day, but in this case it was done that afternoon). I have had meny dealings with David and his proformance has always ben exceptional. I cant recomend his service strongly enough!
