+ -1 moreHe was absolutely excellent. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He only charged me $25 to put up a ceiling fan that took longer than expected because it wasn't put together. He was super nice and decent.
Description of Work: He removed some dry rot and repaired the floor; repaired the drain system in my home. He put in a ramp for my mother's wheelchair and put in a ceiling fan.
