Description of Work: Nina cleaned the entire home thoroughly. She does an outstanding job. Every bit of dust anywhere is gone. She is very trustworthy also. If you left a $1000 bill on the counter, she would lift it up, dust under it, and set it back down. I highly recommend using her. You won't be disappointed!!

Description of Work: They first started at $150 and kept trying to drive justify increase immediately, after giving me quote. I was assigned a cleaner that would work directly with me instead of Nina. But Nina was who I got references for. The cleaner she assigned me changed cell numbers 3 times in less than a month, constantly changed banks or the way I needed to pay her, had excuse after excuse of why I needed to pay her immediately (one hour after) cleaning... wouldn't/couldn't communicate through email... text only. Very unprofessional and sketchy experience. Thought I was hiring Nina, who came with great references, not just someone she knew. Very unreliable. New grill was stolen and many other things missing while using this housekeeper Nina assigned to me.

+ -1 moreNina McLin is very good at cleaning, including the tasks I cannot do anymore, such as cleaning ceiling fans and top shelves. She does not mind cleaning walls, baseboards, windows, dirty ovens, or anything else, even if she has to climb on a stepstool or get on her knees. Nina brings her own cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as her own lunch. She has only worked for us for a few months, but she has eliminated our dust problem. I am breathing better in my own home because Nina has made it cleaner. If you don't mind being flexible with Nina McLin's schedule, you would probably agree with me that Nina is a very good cleaning lady.
Description of Work: Nina McLin cleans my three bedroom, three bath condominium, where I live year around.

Description of Work: Excellent! What a joy to find someone who knows how to REALLY clean! This was the first time Nina cleaned for me and she immediately started cleaning the baseboards and the plantation shutters (which had never been done by anyone else), She will clean for me every other week and is highly recommended
