Final result still pending after nine weeks on a three week job. Very poor attention to the job. Often left work site in unsafe/unsatisfactory status, such as filling pool while leaving drain open, leaving it to owner to detect. Often employed unsupervised workers, some of whom did not speak English. Showed up to do work when told not to do so due to another major project at our address, after failing to show up when promised. Several people involved administratively without internal coordination and with no one person designated as principal responsible point of contact. Although the end result may eventually prove to be acceptable, dealing with this contractor has been frustrating and uncertain. Still in doubt about whether pool is done right, but contractor is anxious to turn over pool to owner and has already submitted final bill.

We had a bad time with service & follow through. The owner would lie to us about things & not return phone calls. The overall job ended up very nice, but it was like pulling teeth. Like they would come to fix a problem & they'd show up & say they didn't have the material & they'll be back tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came & it would be 3 weeks worth of phone calls that they didn't return. We'd email & after a period of time would respond, but it was just like pulling teeth all the time. The communication was very poor, the follow through was very poor & the service was very poor. I certainly would never do business with them again. I used them about 26 years ago & made the same mistake of using them again. I was taken advantage of both times. The experience could've been better & they were non-responsive.
