The technician quickly determined the issue was caused by an advanced usetting on a new thermostat I had installed. He fixed it and charged me the base call out fee. The technician wad honest and professional.

The service was excellent. They were excellent on everything. I do not have any complaints about anything.

They were very professional and tried to find out if it was under warranty. When they found out it was not they were able to fix it for me for a price that was very reasonable. Will definitely call them again when I need them.

My air conditioner was not cooling. I contacted the installer and got no response. I selected Farnell Heating and Cooling because they are facory certified for the brand of air conditioner I owned. Within an hour of my call they had a serviceman at my house. He tested and checked the unit and discovered a refrigirant leak in the coil. He informed me of the problem and an estimate for repair and replacement. I elected for replacement. The replacement part was ordered and arrived two days later. I was notified and within an hour two servicement arrived and started the work. The work was done just as described and at the cost quoted. The servicemen that performed the work were very professional and very curtious. I would highly recommend Farnell Heating and Cooling.

I got a higher SEER & good insulation because I've got an older home with big windows. Things went very well.

I have had a maintenance agreement ever since I bought the air conditioner from them. I think it's a really good. They check everything. Several times, they have had to replace something on it. The only thing they charge because of the maintenance agreement is for the part. My cat has taken a liking to the guy that has come the last three or four times and he'll sit and pet her. They are very nice people.

Their work was shotty. The equipment we purchased from them has been fine. I'm not happy with their responsiveness or their ability to get at the root of the issues that were involved in the installation. The wiring was left in masses of extra wiring all over the floor. One of the service people put a crack in our ceiling because they stepped between the ceiling joists. We called to talk to the owner about it and we have been ignored.

My husband was out of town & the a/c went out! The 2 children & I were too hot for words and ready to go to a hotel but Farnell Heating & A/C showed up quickly & fixed the a/c for a very reasonable price. We were able to stay at our home in the heat of July plus we didn't feel like we had been taken advantage of just b/c my husband was out of town & they had to deal with a female! They were very professional, punctual & did a great job.

Eighteen year old A/C unit was not cooling. Diagnosed that an end cap? Was worn out, replaced and unit works like new.
