We were trying to weigh our options, but the AirNow technician discredited the other local provider we were considering, so (with our lack of plumbing experience) we trusted him to help us, which we soon regretted.. The AirNow technician simply unscrewed our broken toilet, moved it over about 2 feet, and then charged us $240 for accessing plumbing through drywall. No drywall was touched. No plumbing was done. He moved our toilet over for us, billed us $240, and left. We were then left to install our new toilet ourselves.. I've been trying to call AirNow to help understand why we were billed for "plumbing access through drywall but have yet to receive a response. It's highly disappointing to see companies like AirNow take advantage of people like this. I would not recommend them to anyone I care about."
