+ -1 moreWe've used Mr. Bailey for about 20 years. Everything we've asked is well done, on time and in or under budget. We've used his services for large and small projects. He's got a great eye for design, as well. There are times when we've asked him to add a certain detail and he comes up with a better, more cost effective idea that works and looks great. Our most recent project was a screened porch on the back of our house.
Description of Work: Screened porch on the back of the house. We pretty much gave him a general idea of what we wanted and he took it from there. Obvoiusly, he would verify what he was thinking and explain the benefits of his ideas, but they were all accepted.

+ -1 moreMr. Bailey built a large rustic covered entrance for our home. He was fast (4 days). The work was neat and good-looking. He left no mess, and the project is very robust. It will be a valuable and lasting addition to our home.

+ -1 moreHe has done extensive work for me over the years. I will always pay him little bit more than what he charges because he doesn't charge enough. He does an excellent job. I have been using him for at least five years and I have never had a complaint. He always stands behind his work. I would continue to use him.
