Atlas Valuation is led and operated by G. Scott Lakas, MAI. Our focus is on the valuation of commercial real estate within the Auburn/Opelika, Montgomery, and Columbus/Phenix City MSAs. The entire southeastern United States is served for valuation by Atlas Valuation, as our company is certified in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. Other markets served in close proximity include Montgomery, Dothan, Atlanta, LaGrange/West Point, Alexander City/Dadeville, Selma, Mobile, and Birmingham. Our company covers the entire Southeast for your commercial real estate needs; whether an appraisal, market study, feasibility analysis, testimony, or tax appeal. With over 14 years of commercial real estate experience, our clients have also utilized us for valuation of specific use assets, which includes nursing homes, assisted living facilities, HUD apartments, LIHTC apartment complexes, hotels, and convenience stores. All commercial property types have been appraised. Further, Atlas Valuation specializes in the valuation of going-concern and/or business enterprise real estate.
