Sears Appliance Repair

We were very happy with the excellent job Josh did. He found the issue quickly and repaired the freezer saving us the cost of having to buy a new one. We would definitely recommend this company.

Repairman did a few things, then told me I needed a $400+ repair job as the problem was my entire freezer. I said I'd buy a new refrig. Not believing him I put a cup of water in my freezer which froze immediately. He apparently adjusted a thermostat which I did not know was on top of the freezer (and he did not tell me) and the ice maker is now working fine. He and the person scheduling my service was more interested in selling me a warranty for $49/month than offering repair service. Do not call these people.

Technician was very knowledgeable on the task to be performed and provide some very useful information about the care of our unit.

Overall, the window quality has been OK. However, the installers were very unprofessional. They were making advances toward my wife, so we had to request a new crew. It was better after that. The workman were good and there was no further incident. They didn't do any of window trim painting and said that was not something that they did, so we did it ourselves. I complained, so they did bring a can of paint. I had a lifetime warranty, but that doesn't include the labor if something went wrong. Other companies have stated that labor is included.

It went well. The gentleman who came seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised that if the refrigerator acted up again, we should give him a call and he would be back to fix it. We would use them again.

I would recommend them. The service was fine.

techs arrived 2 and a half hours late rude in a hurry to finish not thorough at all argued about not wanting to clean stain beacuse I had not picked" the deep clean service" (why would I hire a professional to clean my carpet then???) caused damage to wood floor and did not bother to apologize NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I had sears remodel my kitchen which included removing a wall to create a pass through / breakfast bar. New cabinets, refaced cabinets, new floor, new counter tops, back splash, lights, new sink and plumbing, island stove hood. From beginning to end the entire experience was great, they would listen to my concerns that would arise throughout the process and addressed them promptly. They went above and beyond when my stove hood was extremely difficult to mount do to its design, they had to do a lot of attic work that day. They were very professional. The physical work started on 9/10/13 and was complete by 10/19/13. It was a large job, and being done that quickly was great. I used Sears Home Improvement out of Pensacola.

I like their quality service. They answered all my questions. They had everything they needed before they started. They were really good.

She was very satisfied with their work. She would use them in the future.
