My Sprinkler System has been repaired due to damage while cutting my yard.

I have had this company service my lawn for a year now. He does not want to take responsibility of his actions. I have a sprinkler in the backyard that has been damaged by this company. When you turn the sprinkler system on the water comes up from the whole where the sprinkle is missing. He also told me I have a busted pipe and this is why the water is coming out. I showed it to Keith and he responded by saying something like "we will try to look out for that". I told him it needs to be replaced and he just stood there without a comment to replace it. Everytime he has come here to mow our yard he has always been paid. You will not be successful in your business by treating customers this way.

This company was incompetent. I paid them, but work was poorly done. They edged and attempted to kill weeds. What got me is before he even started, he told me what he could not do, one of which was clearing ant beds. Honestly, they just weren't interested in doing the work. My house has won the beautification award so things were in pretty good shape to begin with.

Great work, showed up when they said they would and left everything as if it were their own house. I look forward to them maintaining my lawn from here on in.
