very prompt response except that after two weeks I am still waiting for them to return and finish the staining of the bench.

I gave a bad review yesterday b/c they didnâ t show up. But they did show up today (on a Saturday) to make it up and where nice and did a good job. I understand emergency can happen. Very happy they made up for it.

Tammie was incredibly kind on the phone. We scheduled the service on Thursday afternoon and the gutters were cleaned by the next morning! All of the leaves were bagged and placed with our other yard debris for pickup. I was so thankful that they simply did not throw the leaves into the yard, as I have hired other services who have done this. My husband said the gentlemen who cleaned the gutters were super nice. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Paid attention to detail. Conscientious to perform a Job Well Done. Will definately be hiring again.

Once they arrived, they did a good job. Unfortunately, they were very late and I had to call them vs them calling me to tell me they were running late.

These guys did a great job on fixing my deck and power washing my house and driveway. Highly recommend these guys. Very polite and worked hard.

This company is not professional at all. The work was terrible. During the building process, we were never asked what we wanted with our deck. Deck style, railing options, and others were done without asking us first. They never drew up a contract or pulled any sort of permit from the city to build. I went to check on the guys and see the progress and they were making the railing spindles 9 inches apart. It would never have passed any sort of inspection. I told them to move them closer and they moved them to 6 inches apart. Only because I had friends in the business did I know that 4 inches are the standard. The job was definitely a disaster. We now have nails sticking out of the sides of the railings, our support post is uneven (and will require complete removal and a new foundation), the railing posts are unevenly spread, and the entire railing structure is leaning. I have never been more upset with a company in my life. And then when I speak with Tammie at first she is very understanding and helpful. We had come to an agreement on mending the situation and now she is backing out on her end of the agreement. I honestly never leave bad reviews, but I could not just let it go. Please do research before hiring anyone for anything. But please take this review into account. After about 1.5-2 months, multiple phone calls/texts, and having to get Home Advisor involved twice, I finally got back the money she had originally promised me.

I have no complaints as far as the end result - the house looks MUCH better. Two issues: One - they were not suppose to arrive before 10 but they got there a few minutes before 9 - and I was not really ready for them. Two - they caused some damage while doing their work.
