The electrician was prompt, and very professional. They quickly replaced the conduit and electrical meter on the house so that the power company could reconnect the power to the house without delay. After the work was completed, a supervisor arrived to inspect the work, and they called the power company and told them everything was in place and ready for power reconnect. The supervisor and electrician waited for the power company to arrive and reconnect the power to the house, then another inspection was conducted after the power was turned on to ensure everything was working and safe. Note: The $1000.00 cost of service is an estimate since the home owners insurance company dealt with the cost of service, and I did not have direct dealing in the cost matter. The cost could of repair may have been higher since this was tree damage to electrical components.

They're wonderful. I've had them several times. They're very friendly, on time, very knowledgeable and also told me how to repair the appliance that was causing the problem so he went the extra mile.

Mr Montgomery was on time & finished on time even with bad weather. Reasonably priced. Have used this company before and will use them again.

They came out and gave me an estimate but the man that did that was very nice. I had a lot of work to do on the house because it was built originally in 1908 with a lot of additions added on since then. I had lot of little jobs like moving a light switch, adding a motion light, adding a ceiling fan and things like that which were a lot of things but fairly simple things. By the time he left he informed me that he was going to email me on an alacarte price with what we had talked about and what my husband and I had could pick and choose what and when we wanted to do it because he understood my money crunch after buying like a new house. He informed me that he was going to email me by Monday but Monday came around and I had not got an email; I waited for two weeks just to see if he was busy after still not hearing back I called and the receptionist said that he would give a call back after he was able to get in touch with the guy that did the inspection. He called me back and said that the guy was not comfortable doing the job so they weren’t going to be able to do it. I asked them what they were uncomfortable with because they were all very simple jobs and he left informing me that it wouldn’t be a problem. He could have emailed me two weeks ago to inform me that they would not be able to do it so that I would not just be sitting there waiting. It was free estimate and the original estimate experience was great but after that I am not sure if he just forgot and being uncomfortable with the job was his excuse or if he was really uncomfortable with it. If an electrical company is uncomfortable with an easy job I don’t know if I will be able to trust them to it anyway. They were there on time.

I called PATCO on a Tuesday to get someone to find and fix an electrical gremlin in my new house. (A handful of outlets?some inside, some outside, some upstairs, some downstairs?weren't providing full, consistent charge.) The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me for Thursday morning. Thursday morning, I received a call from Donnie who said he'd be right over. And he was! He asked me what the problem was and before I even finished explaining what was happening he started nodding and said he had an idea what was going on. His theory was that an outside outlet at the back of the house had gotten wet and maybe had broken, causing the circuit to lose connectivity. Sure enough, the outlet was cracked in half, at least one wire had come loose and all of it seemed to be caused by a faulty gasket around the cover. It was really an amazing display of expertise for him to be so completely right before he ever even saw the outlet. (It's like he's done this before!) He was in and out in half an hour. Really first rate service. I'd be happy to work with him again (though I hope I never need to).

I had some nonfunctioning electrical outlets in my newly purchased home and I called Patco to set up a visit. I spoke with Michael and he asked me several questions to get an idea of the problem. He suggested several things that I could do at home to solve the problem in order to save me some time and money. His suggestions worked and I am greatly impressed by his focus on customer service to teach me some new methods to maintain my home. I did not use their services at my house but I will in the future for any electrical needs as they have won my loyalty!

They were on time and the work went fine. t. They took about 15 minutes and charged $125 which I thought was too much.

Great. Not cheap but excellent work. Will call them again.

I was very pleased with Patco Electrical Contractors. Their prices were reasonable. They were very personable, very knowledgeable fellow who volunteered all sorts of information and service. They told me they did not have any time. They were flexible in scheduling time with me.

Each time I have called Patco Electrical a representative has come to the house in a timely manner and has taken care of the electrical changes without any problem. I would definitely recommend the company for any of your electrical needs.
