+ -1 moreThey were very helpful with the total unit replacement following the tornado and worked with my insurance company to get the systems replaced. My only complaint was that one of the employees destroyed a replacement thermostat from the old system that I was hoping to keep, but given the heat, number of workers in-and-out of the house, and the volume of work they must have been completing during that time period, I don't hold that against them: mistakes happen. The tech who came out to replace my heater strips was helpful. The system was still under warranty and I was only charged for the labor.
Description of Work: The most recent service call involved having the defrost thermostat replaced in my downstairs exchange unit. They dispatched a technician rapidly and within 40 minutes the thermostat was replaced and my house warm. Prior to that, they replaced my entire heat & air system in July 2011, after the previous units were destroyed by one of the April 27 tornadoes.
