+ -1 moreOn Sunday night the hot water heater stopped working. I called Jolly Hand C to speak with a technician about the problem. He called back within 5 minutes, answered my questions, and said they would set up an appointment on Monday morning. Before 8:30 am on Monday, a lady called to confirm an appt. for later that day. The technician arrived around 3 pm. He was very polite and very efficient in diagnosing which part had stopped working on the tankless water heater. The part was ordered and it was estimated that on Thursday it would be repaired. Instead, the part came in Wednesday and he immediately came out and repaired the water heater. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of service that I received.
Description of Work: Examined the tankless water heater to find out why it wasn't making hot water, ordered the parts, and installed them in an efficient and timely manner.

Description of Work: Replaced defective gas pack heat/AC with new York unit. Guys did a nice job better than what they replaced. And cost was reasonable unit works great!
