Description of Work: Heat pump was not heating properly and had called them twice within 56 day period. The first service on 11/26/12 was described as "check & service heat pump". Called them again on 1/21/13 and service was described as " service heat, adjust thermostat, off 3 degrees". This company installed this heat pump in 2009. Both the service calls above were billed at $90.00 each. I called about the charge on the second service call being within 90 days and asked if there was a warranty period on service since I thought the thermostat adjustment should have been done on the first repair. Hulsey person said there was no warranty period on service calls. I don't plan on calling Hulsey on future service calls.

Description of Work: Completely replaced all my old gas heating and AC units with super efficient units and removed all the old duct work and replaced it with well sealed and insulated ductwork.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent and very professional. They replaced both HVAC systems in our home. They were punctual and the job took exactly as long as they promised. Also, they pointed out other non-related isses we weren't aware of, but serious non the less which no other vendor mentioned when they came to inspect and quote. Their price was so good we were able to replace both systems at the same time AND upgrade to better systems than we planned which has really reduced our power bills. All personel on site were courteous, very friendy, and informative when we asked questions.

+ -1 moreWe were recommended by a friend, that had used Hulsey for years. And considering we weren't happy with our pervious Service Company, we called. Our system was basically on it's "last leg", it was getting up in age, lacking in efficiency. We had considered replacing it, but was trying to wait until we just had to. So when we got the news, "it may be best to replace", we knew it was time. But it was truely the help we received from Becky, that allowed us to reach our decision so easily. She was so helpful explaining how the Tax Credits worked and which systems qualified. Kudos to her, for knowing her stuff...not to mention the patience required to explain it all. The installation crew was friendly, and very professional. I like that the fact the owner, Reggie, is hands on and goes over all the final details with you. I've recommended them everytime since then and will continue!
Description of Work: I called and scheduled for one of their service techinican to come out and look at our system. We were called in advance allowing us enough time for both my wife and myself to be there when he arrived. The techinican was able to tell us exactly the problem, and what our options were. After discussing our options in detail, and what Tax Credits were avaliable, we chose to replace both the heating & cooling system. We also decided to purchase the Extended Labor Warranty, which will save us on any future service. We made arrangments for the following week, and as planned they were there ready to start. We were very impressed it took only one day for the amount of work that was envolved. Those guys really did us a great job!

Description of Work: My unit went out. I called to get an estimate to replace it. They came out and with in a week, I had a new unit installed at my house. I will tell everybody to use them. Everyone was very nice.

+ -1 moreMy heat would not work when first turned on in the winter every year. Since they were the ones that installed it when house was built I would call them. They would come out and fix it but I would have to call again the next year to have them come out and fix the same thing. I called another heating and air (Jolly Heating and Air) and Jeff Jolly came out and actually fixed it one time and I never had a problem with it again
