I called Mr. Henson to install a hot/cold water dispenser. Came out the same day and did a great job. Reasonable price also. Highly recommend!

I've used Henson plumbing a few times for main line cleaning (tree roots), and replacing an HVAC drain. They have always been quick to respond, and helpful. The one time we were not satisfied with the work performed they were back the next day to complete the job at no additional cost.

As I said, they repaired the leak but left my yard in a mess.

I called Mr. Henson about 1:00 p.m. expecting to set up an appointment for later in the week. He said he was on a job and would get back with me. He called me at around 4:45 and said he was able to come straight on if that was convenient. He arrived promptly at 5:00 p.m., asked about & looked at the problem and said that it would be an easy fix and that he had the necessary supplies on his truck. While he was waiting for his helper to get the parts, he looked at my toilet because I had had complaints that it wasn't flushing correctly. He tried it & then asked me to try it and said that it was working fine. [He could have told me something was wrong and proceeded to "fix" it to charge me more but he didn't]. As far as the cost, I haven't had to have the services of a plumber in at least 20 years so I don't know what the cost would normally be. I feel that it was a fair price, especially since he came out the same day I called him and it wasn't an emergency call. Mr. Henson finished the work in about 20 minutes. He was very helpful, kind & professional. I would definitely use Henson Plumbing again and recommend him to others.

I came in and I was in distress one evening and they told me they could be out first thing in the morning. And they were! Very reliable! The pricing was great. That's my plumber! I've always used them for my well pump but I am thinking of using them in the future for plumbing. I had someone else put in my heat pump and they offer a maintenance server where they come out twice a year check on everything you get a discount on any work that needs to be done. Even though I have been using them for the heat pump since I had it installed, since seeing the guy who worked on the well pump, I would rather him do the work in my house!

The work was very professionally done. Mr. Henson came out at the designated time and "snaked" our sewer pipe. He could not find the location of the blockage, so he contacted a friend who is an independent plumber as well, and he had the camera equipment and the tracking device to find the location of the blockage.

Unable to open line after repeated efforts. Gave estimate for replacement / rerouting sewer line.

I have used Henson for all of my plumbing issues with my 1969-built home. Jessie is prompt and professional and will do all that is possible to fix the issue quickly. He has worked me in the same day I have called several times and is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate to call him with any plumbing issue.

The first company I called to have this fixed sent out a truck and the guy walked around my house for a minute and said that he would have to dig into my yard to locate my main sewer line and put in an access point and from there he would be able to fix my problem. To do all that he said it was going to be $1425.00. I decided to get a second opinion and called Henson Plumbing and told them what was going on and what probably needed to be done, which Henson said would cost $95 for the clean out and approximately $125 if they had to dig down and put in an access. I obviously jumped on the chance to save over $1000, especially after reading all the great reviews here about Henson Plumbing. Jesse came out and located my main line access in no time and had it cleared out in 10 minutes. Easy as that. Jesse was professional, honest, and very competent and I'm definitely calling Henson Plumbing for any plumbing needs I have in the future!!

The flappers and chains were replaced on each. The plumber called me at work to tell me what needed to be done before he completed the job. He arrived promptly and treated me with respect.

Work was well done and very clean. No damage to tile, walls or floors. When we had a question about the fixtures in the bathrooms, Jesse came to the house to answer the question. Can contact him via call, text or email...he will answer any question...no matter how many you ask! We did not pay one penny over estimate. We have found our plumbers!!

After calling first to verify the parts needed, the guys showed up on time and got to work. It took 3 men and 6 hours but they were able to cut through the existing tile, re pipe the inside metal and fit each shower with a new shower head, faucet and handle (one knob instead of three). They then covered the hole with a new chrome cover that looks very professional. The guys were very nice and polite and although cutting the tile made a massive dust storm, they cleaned up after themselves. I am thrilled with the work they did on the showers not to mention them replacing a couple of parts on the toilet so that it works perfectly now! I will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs...highly recommend!!

Fine. Called in morning--came that afternoon.

I called Jesse to look at some toilets that I was having some problems with in my newly purchased home (built in 1992). Jesse was busy with some other jobs but said that he would come by later in the evening. An hour later he showed up on my front door saying that he had a few free moments and came over to take a look (because he knew that problem toilets where a challenge!). He spent quite a bit of time looking and testing my entire system and presented several options to repair or replace the system. He also gave me some troubleshooting advice for everyday plumbing issues that arise with toilets, sinks, and tubs! Then he did NOT charge me for the visit as he hoped that I would give him my visit and said to let me know (he even recommended visiting the Consumer Reports website to compare the various toilet models that he recommended. I was so impressed with his service and professionalism that I hired him to replace all of the toilets. I went on vacation but we emailed back and forth to discuss the best models, heights (I settled on the disabled height), and dates for the work. Jesse was completely supportive of my choices and dates and installed all 5 toilets within 3 hours! No mess and everything was cleaned up to include removal of the old toilets. Jesse is now our family plumber and I am very, very happy with his service.

They came when it was convenient for me and even came back the next day when one of the drains was still not quite draining fast enough. I'm extremely satisfied and will contact them for any future plumbing work.

He was prompt, courteous and gave me a discount when I said I found his service on Angie's list. I will defintely call him if I need a plumber.

Everything turned out great! In addition to clearing the AC pipe he was able to take care of another project for me and repair my toilet. He was professional, knowledge and respectful in my home.

The plumbers were polite and efficient. They went to work and repaired a broken waterline pipe that goes to my outside water faucet. The price included labor and a new stainless steel ball bearing faucet....my other faucet had washers that wore out and was causing a leak. The new faucet will last a life time. They accessed the broken pipe by going under the kitchen sink. As a proud homeowner I appreciated the fact that they chose the under the sink fix because it would not leave any noticable repair. I highly recomment Hanson Plumbing. I will never try the DIY thing again on any plumbing project. I plan to call them back to install a new toilet and to upgrade my other outside faucet. Mr. Hanson has hired some very good employees.
