Description of Work: Old A/C system (1988) was dead -- leaks and inefficient. Installed a new 4-ton unit (both interior and exterior components) Now we are cool again. Were very responsive and professional. At first tried to recharge old system to see if it could be saved --even came by on Sunday morning before church to check the status before recommendations new system. New, more efficient unit has already reduced power costs.

 + -1 moreA/C unit stopped running during the night. Called about 8:30 this am. Received a call back by 9:00 am. Mr Gregg was here about 10:00 am. Did his troubleshooting, replaced a part that had shorted, cleaned up the area, and was gone by 11:00. Fast, friendly, and professional. What more can be asked? I haven't received the bill yet but my history with Gregg Service Co goes back to 1981. I have also been pleased with their charges as they are never unreasonable.

Description of Work: Air conditioner was not cooling and was making noise. They came within n two hours of call. Cleaned coils on outside unit, recharged low coolant and replaced a failing blower fan on the inside. Fast and professional.
