Description of Work: Cliff is an expert in anything outdoors--sprinklers, landscaping, stone work, electrical, lighting and sorted other tasks. The last job he did for me came in 1/3 less time- more work done- and thousands of dollars less than original proposal! Floored me- has never happened. Honest, hard working, competent, fair, and reliable. Can't say enough good things about him. I have recommended him to many and all have been very pleased.
