Description of Work: I have been using Bama Exterminating Co starting in 2008 on my two rental properties in Tuscaloosa AL for termite control. I sold my one house in 2011 and just sold the second house this month of Feb 2016. In all these years the people of this co have treated me with courtesy and professionalism and protected my rental properties from termites. I have never had any issue with termites. They provided continuous inspection by providing detection means around the perimeter of the houses and checking these installations every three months to make sure no termites have infiltrated into my houses. They charged me $75.00 per three months for a total of $300.00 per year, money well spent in my opinion. If I ever were to acquire another property in Alabama or elsewhere where this co is operational, I would not hesitste to use them again. An excellent co overall.
