+ -1 moreBecause our house was being sold through a relocation program instituted by my husband's employer, Brenda had to fill out a lot of paperwork, and even though we recommended her for the job of selling our house, she had to compete against two other realtors before the relocation company agreed to give her the position. From that point, she worked very hard to show our house to as many people as possible and get the best price for us.
Description of Work: Brenda McMillan helped us buy our first house several years ago, and when it came time to sell, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us sell the house.

+ -1 moreMs. McMillan showed up on time and proceeded to conduct a professional review of the qualities and attributes of our house, accentuating the facets of our home that were selling points, and offering advice about how to improve other areas of our house. The report she turned in to the relocation company was thorough and fair, and we ended up choosing Ms. McMillan from three realtors to represent us in the sale of our house.
Description of Work: The agent from Warrior Real Estate, Brenda McMillan, came out to our house and performed an assessment as to the value of our house for the purpose of fulfilling relocation requirements.
