+ -1 moreI think they did a good job. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and give you an estimate before they do the work. They did the work fairly quickly and they all seem to be an honest group of guys.
Description of Work: They replaced a power source inside the computer.

+ -1 moreThey did some basic repairs on one of my computers in 2012. I also showed them a HP Laptop that needed a new hard drive, but they told me that it would not be worth the expense to repair it. I appreciated their honesty and ended up buying a new laptop. I would definitely go back to see them if I have additional computer problems.
Description of Work: I had a HP Laptop that was not working correctly and took it to them to analyze. They could have charged me several hundred dollars fixing/ replacing the hard drive but told me that it probably was not worth the expense. I asked the owner if this was his computer would he spend $ 300+ having it fixed, and he said that he would not. I appreciated his honesty. They also did some basic "tune up" work on another pc I own making it work faster.
