We dispose of our sewerage via a pump in a holding tank that propels the waste to the drain field about 1000 feet away. Routine testing indicated the level in the holding tank had exceeded the normal "fill" level. I checked the pump circuit and it appeared the pump had malfunctioned. As any competent service personnel would do they performed their analysis and discovered the real problem and made necessary repair.
Description of Work: The representatives were outstanding in performing the service on my system. I had misdiagnosed the problem and they correctly identified and repaired my system saving me at least three times the cost of replacing the sewerage pump. Highly recommend their services.

Overall this project went very well. Tim and his crew were very conscientious about minimizing the damage to my yard as well as the impact the work could have on the neighbor's yard. They are very hard workers and stayed on task during the job. Tim worked well with the engineer who designed the plans and with the person from the health department in seeing that the project was completed satisfactorily. He is a very nice person to work with and he does good work. He didn't mind stopping to explain to me what was going on and keeping me informed. I would recommend him and use him again myself.
Description of Work: Tim Wenger of Cedar Ridge Excavating installed an alternate mound septic system for my house. Due to local ordinances, if a septic system fails in my subdivision, it requires a complete new system to be built. This was a big project for a residence. It required heavy equipment to complete this job and 30 or 40 dump truck loads of dirt to be hauled in. A big section of our yard had to be dug up from the septic tank close to the house and down to the field lines. The dirt was mounded to accommodate the drain off from the new pipes and field lines according to plan specifications drawn up by the engineer and approved by the health department. The dirt mound was smoothed out to blend in with the existing slope and then seeded and fertilized. The project took three days.
