Very professional. Jim explained how the new controller worked in detail. He also put an extention on one sprinkler head that had been installed too deep. He checked all of the other heads. It was a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this company!

Sprinkler Medic came out and did some repairs to my system yesterday. The repairs need to do the job right turned out to be more extensive than I expected, but I am very pleased with the quality of the work they did. The final price was somewhat less than I was expecting given what turned out to be necessary, and I am entirely happy with the whole project. Good people, will likely be dealing with them again. Highly recommended!

I needed my sprinkler system to work. Sprinkler Medic rebuilt the manifolds, but didn't fix broken heads or lines. So my sprinkler system still doesn't work. Most frustrating was the water line that got broken during the process that I was unaware of until 2 days later. My May water bill quadrupled from the rest of 2020. I still have that water line turned off.

They are very friendly and helpful in explaining and demonstrating how to use the sprinkler system. Couldn't have asked for better people to come out and help me out. Satisfied would be an understatement.

Job was to move sprinkler valve manifold, which they did. But it was easier for them to cut the control wires and leave a splice that would require another buried enclosure than to run the wires 40 ft continuously. They also installed a valve cover box that is too small and despite the cuts to the plastic, has one wall sitting on top of one of the valves pinching the control wires coming out of the top of the valve. Replaced the wiring myself but no corrective action from Sprinkler Medic despite being informed of the defective work.
