+ -1 moreCame out the day of reaching out to them. I know that’s not always expected of a heating and air business this time of year! Excellent customer service and reliability means a lot to us!!! They were able to diagnose the issue the day of. Fixed it the next day. Then, checked back with us that evening!

The owner, Jacob, keeps you informed of arrival and exactly what will be needed and the process. The employees doing the job were here when expected filled our attic with 6” added blow-in insulation, cleaned up the area and were gone in less than two hours!!! Very good job men! I shopped around and took quotes from 4 other companies and Rocket City was the lowest cost and the job was more than worth it. Thank you guys!!

I was having some hvac issues with my temperature differential and I was ready to put a whole new system in and Jacob suggested just adding insulation because my attic insulation was low and it fixed my temperature differential issues. Saved me 1000s of dollars. Thank you!!!!
