+ -1 moreClemons refused to service the brand new unit after reporting it wasn't cooling properly. After leaving multiple messages on the answering machine and talking to one of the Clemons over the phone, I called Craig Comfort to fix the cooling problem. Turns out the unit was overcharged with coolent, and the air ducts we're loose. The ducts and the return were also improperly installed. Clemons also did not register my unit, so instead of a 10 year warranty, it's now 5.
