Description of Work: Owner/Operator came to home gave estimate made you feel like he was all about quality,customer service,seemed very sincere. Requested half of money before install to prepare granite. Promised "I wont put a product in your home that I would not have in my own." He sent installers and they installed,my big mistake I paid them that day remainder of total in full. The granite was cut wrong there was a 1 3/4 in gap from wall. Installers assured me "backsplash will cover that". I called owner Artie Gallowitz as he promised customer satisfaction, the granite had not only been cut wrong but also had superficial scratches in numerous areas. The owner and installers came back and removed granite and fixed gap area but did not address granite scratches. The owner left without even talking to me, he left his help and made no further attempt to rectify the product. I dont want anyone else to be taken advantage of as I was. I used another granite company for my further renovations and was completely satisfied with a SUPERIOR product.Do not recommend anyone who values honesty and integrity to use this company.
