Came out and stayed all day. Repaired pipes under house and kitchen sink pipes. Cost about 2500.00. Called back the next day about the sink pipes coming apart. Lasted about 3 days. Called back and the service guy called me back and said he would be here the next morning between 7 and 8am. Never showed up, never called. Was a very nice guy and maybe he was told not to come back. I am still getting high water Bills(80 range). We are also repairing every other day. Pipes under sink popping out and kitchen floor flooded with water. They also told us the pipes were made to fit without glue. But they keep popping out. I would suggest you spend your dollars with a reputable company. I do not have this kind of money to throw into the wind. Now after all this, we have to call someone else or my 82 year old husband has to try his hand at plumbing.

Great company..came out to give an estimate it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and he went picked up the supplies came back and got the job done and he was a one man show and the last company that came out said it would be a two day job and it was 2 of them. Bottom line the right company got the job done. I highly recommend

This was the third plumbing I got to clean a clogged line from my spare bath. The first was not a licensed plumber, trying to save a little money and could not clear. Went and rented an auger to try and clear myself without any luck. Contacted my home warranty service and sent a plumber and he couldn't clear the drainage. He recommended I contact a company to have my line hydra jet. I had setup with a national company however I cancelled. During this time I had posted on Home Advisor since I had luck with them on a different issue. I was called by the owner however since I had contacted my home warranty company I told him I'd let him know. I called Infinity and they immediately came out. John Tisdale (the owner) reassured me that he would get it working before he left and he did. He went over things with me and the cost was reasonable. I will use him from now on. I also will always use Home Advisor from now on as well.

John was easy to deal with, on time and very good work. It just cost more than his quote. However, I would use him again.

Another company took a quick and dirty approach to problem solving and quickly told me I needed a $15,000 new leach line system. John took a systematic stepwise approach from least costly to most. I didn't need new leach lines, just replace the first 15 feet of mainline, which I learned is 9 out of 10 times the fix that is needed. John saved me $10,000.
