+ -1 moreThis was a shot in the dark for me since I live in Maryland and had to find some one in Birmingham area to do the job. my in-laws the owners of the house said the gentleman came out, explained what was wrong, made appointment to come back and carried out the fix in a very proficient manner. they leveled the area and placed seed to patch in the barren parts of the lawn. It has been several months and the say it hardly looks like a major repair job was done. And the most important part is the waste water removal works as required! Quite pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Determined the cause of septic tank backup and replaced faulting line field.

Description of Work: I contacted this company to clean out my septic tank. The persons in the office were professional and nice. One of the men who came to my home was rude and abrasive. It was apparent that he did not like his job. He made facial gestures indicating he thought me an idoit because I did not know where my water lines were or exactly where my septic tank was located. He was rude to his office on the telephone in front of me. Yelling dont put me on hold and then slamming his phone shut when they did and commenting "Im not wasting my minutes". The office had quoted me a price which I expected to pay when the job was finished. The man told me repeatedly there is a service charge and complained that he had to drive 40 miles. I explained that I knew there was a charge and would be glad to pay it once they did the job. He told me he would need a backhoe and wasnt going to wiat on it. A day later, I called the office to see when it would be rescheduled. I left two messages and was not called that day. I waited until afternoon of the next day and scheduled with another company.

+ 0 moreThis company is an honest company. I had them come out again and fix my problem at a rental house and they were very efficient. I highly recommend them. I have used them approximately 10 times in the past couple of years and I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreI called the company because I was in dire need of assistance. I failed to have my septic tank pumped out every 3-5 years as stated by the Alabama state health department. Sewage was backing up in my house and I had to have my field lines replaced. Joey Long and his members were fast, prompt, and reliable. I have since recommended this company to my friends, co-workers and tenants. I will not use anyone but this company.

+ -1 moreI paid $2150 (including an unexpected additional $50 for them to accept a credit card payment). One week later my tenant began complaining of a sewerage leak. I have called Pickle's office at least seven (7) times in the last seven weeks. I spoke with the receptionist three (3) times and explained that they had not completed their work. Each time she said she would have the manager (Joey Long) call me back. Four (4) times I left detailed messages on their answering machine. To date, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK and the sewerage is still leaking into the yard. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company.
Description of Work: Pickle was contracted to clean (pump out) a residential septic tank and to install new field lines.
