called business and they use answering service for calls during hours of operation. i was told would call me after 5pm. gave home and cell phone to call. 2 days later and they never called me.

The crew showed up as scheduled and wasted no time in getting to work tearing off the old shingles. As we had chosen a color of shingles that they had not used before, the crew chief laid out several shingles and confirmed that we indeed liked the color. The work was to take two days and the roofers made sure that the house would be dry in case of overnight rain. No problem there. A small bit of decking needed to be replaced as well as one power vent. The Johnson crew repaired or replaced at a very reasonable extra cost. The finished roof is attractive and well done. It has rained since the job was completed and we have no evidence of leaks. This company is reputable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

A representative visited me within 3 days of my call, provided a clear, detailed estimate and an approximate time when the job would be done. I had also obtained positive input from two contractors who had used this company over a period of many years. Although this company's price for a comparable roof was lower, I elected to use a roofer with whom I'd done business several times previously.

A crew of Roofers arrived early morning. Worked continuously to finish in one day. All debris was picked up. Crew was very respectful and cheerful.
