The alarm I had previously was well over 20 years old. Brad came right out and replaced it very quickly. The system works great and meets all of my needs! Brad was great to work with and was very efficient!

The service has been excellent. Brad came out to take a look at the security system in our new home. We discussed what was already in the house and what we wanted to add and change. We discussed the pricing and a time to do the installation. Brad came out when he said he would and was able to get most everything done within one day. He just had to come out to install a second keypad that he didn't have on the first day.

He did an excellent job. There are no exposed wires. He blended the security into the house. The window alarms were also installed smoothly. The system itself is tucked away in our closet. We have been maintenance free for a year. Brad has great customer service and follow up. His fees are very reasonable.
