They were quick to respond to my phone call, showed up early on Monday morning, gave me an estimate for the work to be performed, worked quickly and efficiently, acted in a professional manner and left no damage to my property. I would highly recommend them and will be using their Services in future.

I went onto Home Advisor to research a pro to locate and pump my septic tank. Tony and Brandon came in a spotless vehicle(you would think sewer pumping would have some mess), used a fiber optic camera and within 15 minutes found my septic tank. Quoted price which included manhole for future cleanings and fully cleaned up area. Would highly recommend.

Based on what AL said I contacted them to pump out my septic tank. He just made a mess of my landscaping and left me approx thousands of dollars of work to recover from the mess!! He grossly overpriced for the work that was supposed to be done!!!

Did a horrible job. I was quoted one price but continued to change.

Thought I'd get my septic tank pumped for $350. An old invoice from the previous owner shows that's what he paid 4 years ago. I wound up paying $1425. For this I did get a new lid, with a manhole type cover for pumping in the future, so it wouldn't be necessary to dig up the ground over the tank. So now it's done right, and will work better in the future.

Tony and Branden came out within a short period of time. They brought everything that was needed for the job. They found the tank under my most valued decades old gardenia bush and dug in a way that saved that bush! They cleaned up carefully. Tony and Branden were knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them and the company they work for.

I usually don't feel compelled to leave reviews but I do here. Exceptionally professional and personable crew. I am a first time homeowner and have never experienced the problems a septic system may cause. Ignorance in the matter led me to believe that they needed servicing far more infrequently than they do. Needless to say it was not only full, but compacted and beginning to fill into my mainline. Also, my septic tank was positioned awkwardly between my package air unit and a shed, both of which were there when I purchased the home. Every problem that arose was met and resolved with diligence and care. I had my tank pumped, a new lid with a cap installed which allows easier and cheaper future maintenance (recommended), and also had to have my mainline pressure washed to remove blockages. Each service offered was fairly priced and alternatives given, such as renting a snake and snaking the blockage out myself. I'm glad I opted to have it pressure washed out because I don't think I would have been able to dislodge it myself. I appreciate direct people that do no try to "upsale" at every corner. I was shown my problems and given options on how to resolve them and informed on the pros and cons of each which allowed me to decide what I thought best for me. Most importantly, I would like to inform home owners to spare them any problems that may be looming ahead of them. What would typically be a 20 min job ended up being multiple hours do to the condition and location of my septic tank and also why I recommend the capped lid. Next time it needs to be pumped all that will be needed is removal of the lid and send the hose down without having to dig into my yard which will make it significantly cheaper going forward. Also, instead of 7 years going without service it will be done at the recommended 3. If you have a septic tank and it hasn't been serviced in 3 years, get it done. Trust me, it will save you money and headaches. Due to my experience with Drainworks I will be a customer of theirs going forward. Review copy/pasted from my google review

Excellence in action by good people. Belinda replied promptly to my late evening online quote request, no pressure to commit / no selling. I called back fifteen minutes later after discussing with my spouse and scheduled a morning appointment. Belinda called in the early morning to narrow appointment time down. Tony called when they were very near my home; it's a bit confusing as we are in a rural area that is well hidden. Tony and Brandon were very polite, kind, and personable. They went above and beyond to fix a bad situation due to neglect on our part. They are well prepared for unusual situations, brought all the right equipment, were quick, and thorough. We will absolutely use DrainWorks in Moody AL again for our 3-year maintenance check up. Thank you Tony and Brandon!

Good service, sent continuous updates on arrival time. The guys arrived. I had the lid already uncovered, they got right to it the pumping. It took about 20 mins or less to pump out 1000 gal tank and it was pretty full and thick. I'm satisfied with the work and I will be using them in the future, oh yeah, they pumped it empty and washed out!
