appliance repair
+ -1 moreI was disappointed to find what i thought was a local number to be a central number for 35 appliance repair locations. The listings LOOK local. Supposedly the technicians are local. I called early monday morning to get (earliest) appt Tues morning. Required to give credit card to cover $50 diagnostic fee that wouldn't be charged till I signed. Fee would be credited against repair charge if they fixed it. I was disgusted with the whole thing. (Ultimately I found a LEGITIMATE company through Lowe's).
Description of Work: Nothing! Cancelled at last minute. Someone called from unknown number (203-43 where's that?) after hours to cancel night before technician was to come. Said they couldn't find anyone to do the work. It was too late for me to try to contact anyone else.
